A lot has changed since 2014 — but not our unwavering commitment to the highest quality IT and cybersecurity consultant services. Take a look at where we started and where we’re going.
Jaded by the lack of quality MSP solutions in the DMV-area, Brian Seeling and Jim DePhillip decided to venture out from their corporate careers in order to pursue a dream.
One month after taking the plunge, Brian and Jim land Peerless's first MSP contract client. The dream starts to get real.
Brian and Jim double-down and spend the next year developing new business, servicing clients, and honing their business strategy. All that hard work paid off, and they were able to hire Peerless's first full-time employee.
Inspired by the rapid growth in the IT space, Peerless expands its service offering and begins providing Compliance Solutions along with its award-winning IT Services.
Good things come to those who work for them. Peerless Tech Solutions is recognized as the 2017 Charles Country Small Business of the Year.
Peerless launches its Government Services Division to support its growing number of government contractor clients, and expand its support of the Department of Defense.
To better serve its growing market, Jim DePhillip opens Peerless's second office. The Government Services Division is moved to Hollywood, MD.
Peerless outgrows its original office and expands its operations with a state-of-the-art Operations Center to better support its Commercial Partners.
Today, our customers rely on us to guide them through the Department of Defense regulatory compliance, including certification and ongoing management for CMMC and NIST 800-171.

Peerless was built on a set of values, not a list of deliverables or industry buzzwords. Our core values guide each decision we make, aligning our actions and solutions with the things we, and our customers, hold dear.
As your trusted cybersecurity partners, we're continually striving for:
We pride ourselves on providing clear, honest direction with our customers' best interests in mind as we navigate complex IT and cybersecurity solutions.
We take the time to understand the complexities of our customers' needs and then let these findings guide every step of our approach.
We find joy in every act of service by helping customers overcome challenges through expert guidance and an optimistic approach.

As a network architect with more than 20 years of experience and a founder at Peerless along with Brian Seeling, DePhillip taps his deep understanding of software development and product capabilities to develop innovative solutions for the DoD and intelligence community that are cost-effective, efficient, scalable, and forward-thinking.
Before launching Peerless in 2014 with James DePhillip, Seeling worked in the IT industry (both private and government), bootstrapping his way up from help desk support to lead engineer. Today, Seeling carries out the vision set forth when he first launched Peerless: helping clients to align their goals with the appropriate technologies.
