To better serve its growing market, Jim DePhillip opens Peerless's second office. The Federal Services Division is moved to Hollywood, MD.
Peerless outgrows its original office and expands its operations with a state-of-the-art Operations Center to better support its Commercial Partners.

As a network architect with more than 20 years of experience and a founder at Peerless along with Brian Seeling, DePhillip taps his deep understanding of software development and product capabilities to develop innovative solutions for the DoD and intelligence community that are cost-effective, efficient, scalable, and forward-thinking.
Before launching Peerless in 2014 with James DePhillip, Seeling worked in the IT industry (both private and government), bootstrapping his way up from help desk support to lead engineer. Today, Seeling carries out the vision set forth when he first launched Peerless: helping clients to align their goals with the appropriate technologies.
As the leader of our Federal Services Division, Vest manages Peerless IT projects that support the Department of Defense. For nearly a decade, Vest has managed high-visibility voice, video, and network efforts for the federal government and delivered unique, cutting-edge solutions.
From Defense and Intelligence to Health and Energy, Bragger has 22+ years of cybersecurity experience across a multitude of industries. Much of his experience was gained leading cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and compliance for hundreds of millions of dollars in programs. Bragger also created the OWASP Cyber Controls Matrix, a non-profit project that consolidates knowledge and efforts across multiple cyber standards.
With degrees in both engineering and theatre — along with a decade of marketing experience across every major vertical — Burke brings a unique approach to his role as marketing director at Peerless. Skilled at communicating complex, technical topics in a way that is engaging for our customers, Burke’s messaging is often the first exposure Peerless prospects have with our brand.
